Meetings and playlist delivery/handover can take place remotely using these three tools.

Online meetings take place via Zoom; you require a laptop/PC (preferred due to the on-screen text) or mobile, and ideally a headset. Meetings will be hosted from my laptop, but occasionally I may need to deliver a meeting from my mobile. I can screenshare from any device but I will endeavour to host from my laptop for a better experience.
Zoom is free of charge.
Remote meetings can take place on a one-to-one basis or can include multiple participants – handy if you and your other half are in different locations! The layout contains Spotify, Trello plan board, a couple of visualisations, a clock (it’s easy to lose track of time when auditioning tracks) and, of course, my face.

Playlists are curated in Spotify. Your playlists will be set to private, which means the link will be made available to you as customers but no-one else unless you choose to share it. The link is unique and complex, not indexed by search engines and not visible to Spotify search. However, the flexibility it affords during playlist building means it is extremely useful. Note that this is default behaviour for all Spotify playlists, howsoever created.
You will need a Spotify account for playlist handover. A Premium account is preferred as it gives you more flexibility and a better experience. It currently (May 2021) costs £9.99 per month for an individual account or £14.99 per month for a family account. A Free account will suffice but won’t be optimal.

Collaborative work is conducted via Trello planning boards. These are very easy and intuitive to use kanban boards, and full instructions will be given during meetings. You’ll also be provided with means of contacting me directly between meetings if you require support. You can log in 24/7 to check progress, approve or reject tracks and make suggestions. There is a mobile app for Trello so if you hear a track you really like whilst you’re out and about, quickly Shazam (free music recognition app) it, you can add it to your Trello board and I’ll receive a notification you want a particular track incorporating.
Trello is free of charge.
Bitrix24 is the new supplier of the client portal and all new clients will use those planboards in the future. This information will be updated soon.
